Cancellation & Refund Policy – Bella Aroma

At Bella Aroma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines our process for cancellations, returns, and refunds.


Order Cancellation

  • To request cancellation, please email us at support@bellaaroma.in with your order details.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns for opened or used products. However, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.

In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by writing to support@bellaaroma.in with clear photos/videos of the issue.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If your product is eligible for replacement (wrong/damaged item), we will send you a replacement instead of a refund, wherever possible.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products purchased during sale/discount offers

  • Gift cards or free items
